The wonder working power

Standard

Hi!

This is a sketch that has to do with my recent accident.  Even though I was covered in my own blood, I am also covered in the blood of the Lamb.  It was God’s grace that saved me and I will be forever thankful.  We all have things that happen to us that we might just shrug off as nothing.  But are they really “nothing?”  I have asked myself over and over again how might God use me, how might He use this accident?  How might He use me at work, at the Dr’s office, on the street, in the dentist’s chair, etc., etc..  I have seen God work through me in ways that I never dreamed of and you know what?  I am always shocked when he does it because I feel so undeserving.  None of us deserve God’s grace and we certainly can’t earn it, however it is freely given by a God who loves us and calls us to be His children.  He is calling all of us to meet HIM where He is….so let’s take His hand and let Him perform his wonder working power!!!

Every artist dips his brush in his own soul, and paints his own nature into his pictures.

About godw1nz

I am the mom of three beautiful daughters, wife to a genius, sister to a teacher, sis-in-law to an engineer, daughter to a yankee and a rebel, and a woman chasing God. I love to read, draw and be with my family. If the reading inspires me, then I draw what I read. Almost everything I draw is based around or about Jesus Christ. I attend church at First United Methodist Hillsville. Ronnie Collins is my associate pastor, also a blogger here. I love the Lord with all my heart and I hope what you see here will inspire your heart.
